Have you been so inspired to lose weight and get healthy and fit and then stopped?

Why?

Where did the inspiration go?

Have you tried a perfect diet and workout routine and then dropped it without reaching your goal?

What happened?

The problem is not in a diet or exercise routine; they all can produce results if you stuck with them. The root of a problem is in your mind and the way you are using it.

Your mind is an incredibly powerful personal computer capable of doing anything reasonable that you would like it to do.

You came to this planet with some programs and applications installed by default, and are running by the subconscious mind.

Some of the programs are; breathing, eating, sleeping, regulating the body’s temperature, digestion, waste elimination, heart beating, hormone production, reproduction, and other functions that run without your conscious awareness.

During the first 18 years, your mind is unintentionally programmed by your environment and the people around you.

Most of those programs were installed at a young age for protective purposes, and are now obsolete. However, many of us are subconsciously running by those programs, without ever examining where they came from and how they affect our well-being and our lives.

Have you ever pay attention to just how much of what you do, how you think, and how you act is dependent on the conditioning, the programming you received from the others, such as your parents, teachers, friends, books, TV, and the conditioning you kept giving yourself?

Everything you do or say is affected by your prior programming and subconscious beliefs that you hold about yourself, others, and the world.

Imagine for a moment how would you look, act, and speak if you were someone else, someone whose programming was different from yours?

What would you do differently if you had been brought up in a completely different environment with a more positive set of beliefs and attitudes?

If you had the opportunity to program your mind consciously, would you be doing the same things you are doing now? Would you change or improve anything? What would it be?

If you want to create a lasting change in your body and life, you must first change your old programming, the years of conditioning that kept you going the old way. Without it, your attempt to change won’t work or won’t last.
