For over 15 years, I have been developing weight loss and life coaching programs and helping people to improve their health, self-image, relationships at home and work, and create the life of their dreams.

Mindfulness helps people to become aware of their thoughts, self-talk, and actions that sabotage them from reaching their goals. For example, they start recognizing their emotional triggers for overeating and learn to deal with them healthily.
By implementing mindful living practices and learning how to correct your negative thinking and connect your body, mind, and spirit, you can develop the new set of skills to support your physical and emotional needs, so that you can lose extra weight and become a healthy and happy person.
