For over 15 years, I have been developing weight loss and life coaching programs and helping people to improve their physical and emotional health, uplift their self-image, strengthen their relationship with themselves, and create the body and life of their dreams.

Overweight people have a negative self-image and tense to think and speak negatively about themselves, their bodies, their past and their future. This way of thinking lowers their self-esteem and leads to overeating, inactivity and restless sleep, which makes them overweight,  unhappy and interferes with every area of their life.

Mastermind Your Body Group Coaching

Mastermind Your Body is a 8-week mindful weight loss group coaching course.  This course designed to walk you through the specific steps to help you lose weight and improve your physical and emotional health. The focus of this course is a weight loss and health restoration through mindful living practices, such as positive thinking, mindful eating, functional movements and adequate rest.
