January is the best time to set the long-term goals you want to achieve by the end of the year. After you write down your long-term goal, break them down into short-term goals and track your activities and progress every day.
If one of your goals is to lose weight and get fit, then physical activities must be a part of your daily routine.
Planning and scheduling your activities can help you stay organized and consistent.
You don’t have to spend endless hours at the gym to get fit; you don’t even have to go to the gym. You can do fast workouts at home, at your office or outdoors. Consistency is the key to your fitness success!
Exercise at least every other day, for a minimum of 20 minutes. You can start with 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening and add more movements throughout your day. Just keep moving, and become a “body in motion” so to speak.
In this video, I demonstrated a Full Body Workout routine that includes resistance training and cardio.
Perform each movement for 30 seconds without a break between exercises. Repeat the whole routine 3-5 times, depending on your goal and fitness level.
