Research shows that doing short high-intensity exercise routine can help  you to burn fat, build muscle and stimulate anti-aging hormones without negative side effects such as inflammation or production of stress hormones.

The best way to lose weight, burn fat and build lean muscles is to perform exercises that stimulate several  muscle groups and expand as much energy as possible at the same time. High-Intensity Interval Training – HIIT delivers the best result.

If you don’t have a goal to compete in bodybuilding competition then you do not need to waste your time on isolated exercises like a bicep curl. Instead, you can combine a biceps curl with forward lunge and accelerate your weight loss and fitness result.

Don’t let the words “HIGH INTENSITY” scare you. Remember that we have different fitness level and your high intensity is not the same as my high intensity. Just start on your own level and do what you can! If you become consistent and do your workout routine at least every second day, you will become stronger and leaner quickly.
