My name is Larisa Sayre, and I am 48 years old. I am a Weight Loss Coach, Life Coach, Personal Trainer and Speaker.
Who Am I? I was born and raised in the former USSR and immigrated to the USA on December 4th, 1998 from Uzbekistan, Zarafshan City. Currently, I reside in Lone Tree, Colorado with my husband, our five amazing teens, and our dog, Klaus.
In March 2004, I got my certification as a personal trainer and founded EuroFit, LLC which I re-named to COACHLARISA, LLC in 2013. After working with my clients for two years, I realized that weight problems are not just about physical body, but more about mental attitude, limiting self-beliefs and self-sabotaging old habits. I expanded my education and knowledge in areas such as spirituality, meditation, yoga, positive phycology, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), LOA (law of attraction) and earned spirituality, meditation, and yoga certifications. In 2008 I got certified as a life coach as well. For over 15 years, I’ve been helping others lose weight, improve their relationships at home and work, and increase their sense of purpose, love, and happiness through personal training, private and group coaching, fit camps, workshops, and speaking engagements.
I personally “walk my talk” and I practice what I teach, keeping both my body and my mind in shape. Keeping fit and healthy helps me run my family’s busy schedules and avoid feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

In 2002, a minor complication with my second pregnancy caused me to gain weight. I was overweight and overwhelmed, lacking energy, and stressed out, just as most mothers are with a young child and a new baby. I didn’t like the way I looked or felt about my body. I didn’t have the know-how to get myself in shape. And I didn’t have the time or money to hire a personal trainer or health coach to guide me through the process.
I began scouring any health books, fitness TV programs, and healthy living websites I could find. Learning as much as I could about weight loss, nutrition, and fitness was the goal. Armed with this new knowledge, I began experimenting with different diets and exercise programs to create a winning combination.
After much trial and error, I crafted my unique 30-minute whole body workout routine (still one of my favorites!), a healthy nutrition plan, and stress coping mechanisms through yoga and meditation.
Six months of hard work, frustration, and a handful of injuries transformed me into a fit, healthy version of my previous self. It was a hard journey due to my initial lack of knowledge and experience, but I DID IT! I found a way to revamp my body and mind, and I was euphoric with the results!
My personal road to physical and emotional health caused me to develop a lifelong passion for healthy and happy lifestyle. This lead me to become a personal trainer, life coach, spiritual guide, and meditation teacher and help others to lose weight and improve their body and mind without having to go through the missteps and injuries that I encountered on my journey.
After completing my training certification, I decided to take my fitness to the next level and trained for a Figure Competition in 2006.
I participated in several competitions and placed in the top three finalists three different times! I achieved my goal of proving to myself that I CAN DO IT and to gain more personal and professional experience in the bodybuilding world. This afforded me the opportunity to learn about different training styles and approaches to nutrition and recovery. Competing was also a fantastic experience in self-discipline, focus, and attitude.
Today, I do what I love, and I love what I do! I help people to lose weight and improve their life through mindful living practices.

I am a “been there, done that” kind of coach. I’ve walked in your shoes, I know how you feel, and best of all, I know how to help you achieve your goals! Due to my extensive research and training, and over 15 years of personal and professional experiences, I know what works and what doesn’t.
Being overweight is difficult both physically and emotionally. It’s not just about how we look; it’s also about how we feel about ourselves and our quality of life. Carrying extra weight is dangerous for our health and detrimental to our emotional well-being. It’s destroying our self-esteem, professional and romantic relationships and quality of life. I know from my own experience how tough it is to be overweight, and overwhelmed.
I offer a complete body-mind-spirit approach when it comes to weight loss – focusing on obtaining an ideal body weight as well as overall physical and emotional health. I’ve used my experience to maintain excellent fitness level and life balance, and I will teach you how to do the same!
